Why it matters

Fashion shoppers don't just write in to ask "where's my order?". They ask for help styling a look for an event, check the fit, pitch collaborations, file complaints. If all you have is a generic email address in the site footer, messages get lost between inboxes, replies are slow, and some shoppers never reach out at all.

Contact forms give every type of inquiry its own entry point: the right fields, a clear purpose and a guaranteed recipient.

How it drives sales

  • Requests turn into orders. The Personal styling form captures the occasion, size and preferences — all your stylist has to do is suggest a ready-made set of pieces.
  • Faster replies. Each message goes straight to the right person in the CMS and by email, with all the details, no follow-up questions needed.
  • Complaints under control. A dedicated complaint form with statuses helps you solve the problem before the shopper goes off to leave a review somewhere else.
  • Less spam. Bot protection and required fields filter out junk messages.

How it works

  1. In the CMS, a manager opens the form builder and picks a form or creates a new one.
  2. They drag in the fields they need: text, phone, email, dropdown, size, photo, date — and mark the required ones.
  3. They choose where messages go: the CMS Inbox and the responsible person's email.
  4. They place the form on a page — using the page builder, in a text page or in a pop-up.
  5. The shopper fills out the form on the site or on their phone. If they're signed in, name and contact details are prefilled from their account.
  6. The message appears in the CMS with the status "New"; a manager picks it up and closes it.

Fashion specifics

  • A Size field based on your brand's size chart. In styling requests, sizes are picked with buttons, just like on the product page — no confusion over labels.
  • Photos in complaints. Shoppers attach a shot of the defect or the label, so your team immediately sees which item it's about.
  • Occasion and budget. For a stylist, that's what matters most: it tells them which styles to suggest and in what price range.

For your team

All messages are collected in one CMS section, filterable by form and status. You can see who picked up a request, how long it's been waiting for a reply and how it was resolved. If requests need to go to an external system, connect the form to it via integrations.
