Integrations with your brand's services
Inventory, payments, shipping, CRM and email work as one system — data flows between them on its own, no manual copying.
Why it matters
An online fashion store is more than a storefront. Behind every order there's a warehouse, an inventory system, a payment provider, a receipt system, a shipping carrier, a CRM, email marketing and a support chat. If these systems aren't connected, your team moves data by hand: reconciling stock in spreadsheets, copying addresses into the carrier's dashboard, updating statuses manually. That's how you end up overselling sizes, losing orders and leaving shoppers wondering where their parcel is.
Fashion CMS sits at the center of the ecosystem: your store exchanges data with your brand's services automatically, and your team focuses on collections and customers, not copy-pasting.
How it drives sales
- Accurate stock. In apparel, size runs split each product into dozens of SKUs. Syncing with inventory reduces the risk of selling a size that's already gone from the warehouse.
- Faster order processing. Orders go straight to inventory, shipping and CRM — less time between payment and dispatch.
- Transparency for shoppers. Shipping statuses flow back into the store and reach the customer by email or message — fewer "where's my order?" calls.
- Repeat sales. Purchases and customer contacts build up in the CRM and power your email campaigns and loyalty program.
Types of integrations
| Service type | What syncs |
|---|---|
| Inventory system and warehouse | Products, variants, stock, prices, orders |
| CRM | Customers, purchase history, segments |
| Online payments and receipts | Payments, refunds, electronic receipts |
| Installments and pay-later | Applications and approvals |
| Shipping and pickup points | Rate calculation, map locations, tracking numbers, statuses |
| Email and SMS marketing | Contacts, order events, abandoned carts |
| Analytics | Views, add-to-carts, purchases |
| Marketplaces and feeds | Catalog, prices and availability — via product feeds |
| Chats, messengers, telephony | Inquiries linked to the customer and order |
How it works
- A manager connects a service in the Integrations section: enters the access keys and chooses which data to share.
- The inventory system sends stock and prices to the store — the storefront updates with no manual exports.
- A shopper places an order — it goes to payment, inventory, shipping and CRM.
- The services respond: receipt issued, installment plan approved, parcel on its way. The shopper sees the order status in their account.
- Store events — views, carts, purchases — are passed to analytics and email marketing, for example for abandoned cart emails.
For your team
All integrations live in one CMS section: you can see which services are connected, when the last sync ran and whether there were any errors. If a service is temporarily unavailable, the store keeps running, and data exchange resumes as soon as the connection is back.
Fashion specifics
Apparel is all about variants: one style in five sizes and three colors means fifteen SKUs with separate stock levels. Fashion CMS integrations work at the variant level, so a sold-out size is correctly grayed out on the storefront, and inventory receives the exact SKU, not just "the dress". Integrations with your brand's specific services are set up at launch — the list above covers typical scenarios but doesn't limit them.
