E-commerce analytics
Revenue, funnel, sizes, returns and abandoned carts in one dashboard — while storefront events flow to your analytics and ads.
Why it matters
A fashion store makes decisions every day: what to reorder, what to mark down, where to push ads, why last week's sales dipped. When the data lives in scattered exports and spreadsheets, the answers come too late — size M has already sold out while XL is still sitting in the warehouse. E-commerce analytics in Fashion CMS brings the key numbers into one dashboard and speaks the language of fashion retail: sizes, categories, returns and abandoned carts.
How it drives sales
- Decisions based on facts, not hunches. Revenue, orders, average order value and conversion for any period — side by side with the previous one. You see at a glance what grew and what slipped.
- Funnel leaks in plain sight. The "view → cart → checkout → payment" funnel shows the step where most shoppers drop off. Then you can work on that exact step: simplify checkout, switch on abandoned cart reminders or validate an idea with an A/B test.
- Less dead stock. The size demand heatmap tells you which sizes to reorder and which to buy more cautiously for the next collection.
- Fewer returns. Return reasons by product show whether the issue is fit, photos or the description. Learn more about the process in returns.
- Ads that learn from real purchases. The storefront sends e-commerce events with items and order value to external analytics, advertising and CRM systems — so campaigns optimize for orders, not clicks.
How it works
- A manager opens Analytics in the CMS, picks a period and turns on comparison with the previous one.
- The dashboard shows KPIs, a daily revenue chart and the order funnel.
- Below are the fashion insights: top products and categories, demand by size, returns by reason, abandoned carts and how many of them reminders brought back.
- On the site, a shopper views a product, adds it to the cart, checks out and pays — the storefront records each action as an event.
- Events with cart contents and order value are sent automatically to the connected analytics, advertising and CRM systems — no manual page tagging.

E-commerce events
Fashion CMS sends a standard set of events: product view, add to cart, checkout started and purchase. Each one carries the SKU, the variant (color and size), the price and the order total. External services are connected in integrations, with no changes to template code. The same data feeds recommendations and helps you measure traffic from SEO landing pages.
For your team
Period, comparison and the widget set are configured in a couple of clicks. Any view can be exported to a spreadsheet, and access to financial figures can be limited by staff roles.
