Customer account
Login, profile, addresses, order history, wishlist and rewards — everything shoppers need, in one place.
Why it matters
People buy clothes on a loop: seasonal refreshes, replacing wardrobe basics, gifts. If every order means retyping an address, digging through email for an order number and asking support "where's my parcel?", the second purchase keeps getting pushed back. A customer account brings everything your store knows about a shopper onto one screen — and turns a one-off sale into a relationship with your brand.
How it drives sales
- Faster repeat orders. Saved contact details and addresses are prefilled at checkout — shoppers just pick a size and pay. The "Reorder" button drops items from a past purchase straight back into the cart.
- Fewer support tickets. Order status, contents and history are right there in the account, so "where's my order?" and "what did I buy last time?" questions dry up.
- Rewards that bring people back. The loyalty balance on the account home screen reminds shoppers they already have money to spend with you.
- Data for personalization. Purchase history and wishlists help you fine-tune recommendations and email campaigns.
How it works
- Shoppers sign in the way they prefer: password, SMS code, magic link by email or Telegram. Sign-up and password reset live on the same screen.
- The account home shows their name, points balance and a short section menu.
- My orders — a list with dates, totals and statuses, full details for each order and one-tap reorder.
- Profile & addresses — contact details and multiple shipping addresses, with one set as default.
- Wishlist — saved items with live prices and stock, shareable via a link.
- Alerts — back-in-stock notifications for sizes that were sold out, with one-click unsubscribe.
- Rewards — balance, earning and redemption history, progress to the next tier.

For your team
In the CMS, the customer profile mirrors what the shopper sees: orders, addresses, points balance and wishlist. Managers can update contact details, add points manually or check which items a customer has had on their wishlist for weeks. Sections and their order are configurable — hide what you don't need and translate account copy for your multilingual store.
Mobile-first
Most shoppers open their account on their phone — to check a parcel or their points on the go. That's why the account is a short menu with large rows, and every section opens in one tap, with no tiny tables or sideways scrolling.
